Join a powerhouse collaboration to dissect Colombo's landmark, Cinnamon Life. This immersive SLDF workshop is your only chance to uncover the full, untold story of Cinnamon Life, Colombo's newest urban icon.
Join documentary photographer Kesara Ratnavibhushana for a guided walk-through of his legacy photo archive, documenting the mega-structure's entire construction journey. Then, hear directly from James Balmond of Balmond Studio, the architect, as he reveals the brilliant engineering and bold design philosophy embraced to create this city landmark.
Armed with your camera or phone, you’ll then hit the streets of Slave Island and Nawam Mawatha for a guided photo tour. Kesara will provide practical, on-the-spot tips to help you capture the true scale, light, and context of the development as it interacts with the historic cityscape.
