CIRCO Circular Design Class l Design Thinking Workshop

As a creative professional, you play an important role in creating circular business. During this one-day Circular Design Class, a group of twelve to fifteen creative professionals learns the ins and outs of circular design. They practice the application, and are inspired to play their role as circular change agent.

Programme

During this workshop you will gain insight into the basics of circular design and circular business

models. We will look at various practical examples of front runners. Then we apply it to your own case. The approach in the CIRCO Class is based on the research and book "Products that Last" (TU Delft the Netherlands), by Prof. Conny Bakker. In order to be able to apply the new insights in practice, designers will have to act as a change agent for your own company and suppliers. In the last part of the training you will learn how to integrate circular design in your daily practice, and to get it on the agenda of your clients and colleagues.

For who?

This class is aimed at professional product designers and last year students (e.g. Academy of Design) who want to apply circular design strategies and business models.
