About The Event
AOD and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands have announced its support to a groundbreaking project that strengthens Netherlands-Sri Lanka historical relations by using design as a medium.The project is the first typographic design centred initiative between the Netherlands and Sri Lanka with a deep significance to cultural diplomacy between the two nations. It aims to map out the influence of the Dutch press on Sinhala and Tamil letterforms plus, the evolution of the two languages in Sri Lanka overall. Visit SLDF 2018 to see this come alive
